These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RD Valeting website and our mobile car valeting services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

RD Valeting is a fully insured mobile car valeting service operated by Rhys and based in Swindon, Wiltshire. We provide professional valeting services including Maintenance Plans, Deep Cleans and Full Valets across Swindon, Wiltshire and the surrounding area.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Bookings can be made through the enquiry form on this website, by phone, or on WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it by message or phone call.
• We will arrive at the agreed location within the agreed time window. Please make sure there is adequate access to your vehicle and a safe place to park our mobile van.
• We operate Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 7:00pm.

3. Pricing

• Packages start from £50 for a Maintenance Plan, £60 for a Full Valet and £120 for a Deep Clean.
• Prices may vary for oversized vehicles or excessive soiling — heavy mould or pet hair, for example.
• A clear quote is always confirmed before any work begins.
• We accept payment by cash or bank transfer on completion.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• In severe weather — torrential rain or sub-zero ice, for example — we will contact you to reschedule for the earliest safe date.

5. Insurance & Vehicle Care

RD Valeting carries full public liability insurance of £2,000,000, so your vehicle is covered while we work on it on your driveway.
