What It Is
What a Glass Ceramic Coating Does
It puts a hydrophobic seal on the glass that throws rainwater off at speed: clearer vision in bad weather and far less wiper work. It lasts a year.
It is an add-on rather than a service on its own, because the coating goes on after the glass has been properly prepared, and that preparation happens during the valet.

Application
How It Goes On
- 01
Glass Prepared
The glass is properly prepared first, as part of the valet the coating is added to. The coating only goes on clean glass.
- 02
Coating Applied
The coating is worked into the windscreen and windows by hand, then buffed off so the glass is left clear.
- 03
Curing
It needs a little time to cure before it gets wet. I tell you how long on the day, and when you can use the wipers.

From £60. The usual pairing: the glass is cleaned inside and out during the valet, then coated.

From £120. For a car getting the full reset, inside and out.

How long does it last?
A year — it is the 1 Year Glass Ceramic Coating.
Can I book the coating on its own?
It is added onto a valet rather than booked on its own, because the coating goes on after the glass has been properly prepared.
Do you ceramic coat paint as well?
No — the only ceramic coating I offer is for the glass. The paint gets a spray sealant in a Full Valet and a high-gloss sealant in a Deep Clean.
Why is it "from £50"?
from £50 covers a standard car. A larger vehicle with more glass costs more, and you get the price before booking.
